Current Situation

On March 9, 2022, the Chief Medical Officer of Health (CMOH) announced that Ontario’s mask mandates would be ending in most settings on March 21, 2022.

According to the Ministry of Health technical briefing, mask mandates will NOT be removed in some settings such as health care settings.  Since private practice clinics are included in this, we will continue masking in our clinic beyond March 21, 2022, until further direction from the Ministry of Health. (CTCMPAO, March 15, 2022)

As an essential service, our clinic will be open & continue to provide health treatments to our patients.  We are committed to conduct these sessions safely by following or exceeding provincial standards.

Revised Safety Protocols

Mandatory Masks

Patients & practitioners will wear masks to reduce droplet transmission.  Please bring a disposable or reusable mask.  If you do not have a mask, one will be provided.

Frequent Cleaning

Treatment rooms & high-touch surfaces will be cleaned & sanitized between patients.

Upon entry, patients will wash their hands or use hand sanitizer.  Practitioners will wash hands before & after each patient.

Reduced Patient Loads

One patient treated per hour to ensure social distancing.

Minimize Time in the Waiting Room

Please enter the clinic at your scheduled time.  If arriving early, please wait in the hallway or in your car until your appointment.

COVID-19 symptoms & travel history will be surveyed before each session.
